Your monthly membership includes unlimited access to your provider. You may call, text, or email for medical services. We are happy to see you for as many concerns you have, as many times as you need. You get direct care from your provider without barriers.

We are trained in care of all age groups so we can manage care from craddle to grave. We can see all age groups in our clinic.

Our office hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, for scheduled appointments. While we don't offer walk-in appointments, we prioritize your urgent needs by arranging rapid appointments within one to two days when necessary. Additionally, your provider is always available for contact outside of regular business hours to address any concerns or urgent matters.
